Where I Can Help
General Wellbeing
Confused by all the mixed nutrition & health information from friends, family and the internet? Too busy to think about what to eat, how to eat or where to start?
I can help you by optimising your diet to include nutritious foods to improve your energy, concentration, sleep, mood or match your fitness goals. In the shorter-term, a poor diet (even when we don’t realise) can result in nutrient deficiencies, fatigue, weight gain and changes to your skin and nails. Long-term, however, an imbalanced diet can increase the risk of serious diseases such as osteoporosis, cancer, heart disease and diabetes.
Everyone is different and so each diet should be too! I conduct thorough nutrition assessments to identify your current goals, habits and lifestyle. I want you to enjoy food, so I will not be enforcing food rules and telling you to avoid your favourite foods. The cliché ‘everything in moderation’ is the best way to find a balance between foods you need and enjoy, though is often easier said than done. I also understand how confusing it can be having mixed messages around nutrition from everyone you speak to. Finding that moderation and resilience to misinformation can be difficult and overwhelming, and that’s where I come in.
